Updates regarding Covid-19 and in-store
pre-cautions

Given the state of this global pandemic, we wanted to keep our current brides and future customers updated.

The health of our staff and all of our customers is of utmost importance to us here at Chantilly. With this being said, we will be implementing a few changes at the shop while keeping other Covid policies in place.

Here’s what you can do if you’ll be shopping with us starting 5/1/2021

  • We have lifted our previous Covid maximum occupancy! You are now allowed to have up to 6 guests for fitting room #1 and 4 guests for fitting room #2. These guest counts are based on the available space and seating. This will now allow you to bring those important family members and a few of your best gals!

  • Additionally, we have removed our in-store mask mandate. You and your guests may now choose to wear or not wear a mask, but please note that some of our staff may still choose to wear theirs. Please continue to social distance within the store, if possible.

  • If you are feeling off or ill, we ask that you reschedule your bridal appointment. We are happy to help you with this and will do our best to make it as easy and seamless as possible. This also goes for your guests, if they are ill, please ask them to stay home and/or FaceTime into the appointment.

  • Guests of the bride should refrain from touching the dresses and accessories. This is to keep germs from spreading by lowering the amount of people who come into contact with them. Our dresses are the most touched thing in the shop, so keeping them as clean as possible will help us all!

Additionally, if you have not been in our store we want to make you aware that brides do not try on in the same area. We have two different viewing rooms that are completely separate and hope you find some relief knowing this.

We are closely monitoring for any potential impacts that could affect our designers, business, and brides, and will provide updates as required if there are any delays, closures, or additional procedures implemented. Again, our brides and staff are very important to us and we are taking every measure we can right now to make sure we all stay safe and healthy while still being able to serve our brides.
